Directions to Community:

Take I-95 S/I-495 S/Capital Beltway S. Merge onto MD-5 S/Branch Ave S via EXIT 7A toward Waldorf. Merge onto MD-223 S toward Clinton. Turn left onto Windbrook Dr. Windbrook Dr. Turn right onto Floral Park Rd. Take the 1st left onto Yellow Poplar Ln. Take the 1st left onto Woodreed Drive and continue straight.

Directions to Sales Center at 1606 Saint James Road in Accokeek, MD:

Take 495 to exit Route 210 South (Indian Head Highway). Make a left on Farmington Road. At the first stop sign, make a left onto Livingston Road. Proceed one block and make a right onto St. James Road.

From the Ridges, Make a left on Floral Park Road.  Make a Left on Livingston Road.  Proceed until you see the St. James Community.  Make a left on Saint James Road to the model on the left.
